Family business

We, the Haag family, warmly welcome you to our holiday apartments in Staig, Altheim district. We have been running our holiday apartments for two generations and always look forward to welcoming new and returning guests, enjoying working with people, and the life in our home.

Arrive and feel at home

Our house is located right in the heart of the village, next to the small historic St. Helena Chapel from the 16th century. After your arrival, you can park comfortably right in front of the house. Overnight, you can charge your electric vehicle, ready to explore the highlights of the area the next day. In addition to double and single rooms, we offer 15 well-equipped apartments of various sizes, accommodating 2 to 7 people, some of which are barrier-free.

The bright, open, and welcoming decor invites you to relax and feel at ease. All apartments are generously equipped, with a stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, and dishwasher as standard in each kitchen.

In the bathrooms, fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided for you, and if your stay with us extends, you are welcome to use the washing machine, dryer, and iron.

No matter how far from home you may be, our high-speed Wi-Fi network keeps you connected with your loved ones.

Breakfast

We are also happy to offer you breakfast. Enjoy your meal in our lovely breakfast room, accompanied by freshly brewed, wonderfully aromatic coffee.

For our hearty breakfast, we use only locally sourced products.

Homemade jam and muesli, fruits and vegetables from our own garden, and bread and sausage from the local baker and butcher in the neighborhood.

Garden and pool

Sit back and relax in a deck chair or take a seat under the tree at a small table. Let your mind wander over a cup of tea or coffee while your children play in the sandbox or splash around and refresh themselves in the pool.

You’re also welcome to use the barbecue facilities and prepare a delicious evening barbecue.

Conserving resources

Environmental protection

Environmental protection concerns us all and is very important to us. The goal is clear: the CO₂ footprint must be as small as possible. The heating in our buildings is generated 100% from renewable resources.

We obtain our warm water from our roof-mounted tubular collectors and our electricity from our own photovoltaic system. Even rainwater is not simply directed to the sewer; instead, it is treated and used beneficially in the toilets.

It is important to us that our children can also enjoy this one world in the future.
